Nicky "Jaaamz" Ramos strives to ensure the artist is successful in the marketplace. She will alleviate artist of certain task to make sure artist can concentrate on their form of art. Many factors are involved in artist management such as advising, building and maintaining business relationships, marketing, remaining in tune with the current trends along with managing business finances.
